By accessing or using AyaSystema · Nexa Workspace ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), operated by Xervious Networks LLC, you ("User", "you") agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and paying subscribers of ayasystema.com and all associated subpages and modules.
AyaSystema · Nexa Workspace is a subscription-based AI-powered business platform providing access to tools including but not limited to:
Features and module availability vary by subscription plan. We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove features at any time with reasonable notice.
To access most features of the Platform you must create an account. You agree to:
You may not share your account credentials or allow others to access the Platform using your login. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Platform.
The Platform offers the following subscription tiers, billed monthly:
Payments are processed securely through PayPal. By subscribing, you authorize recurring monthly charges to your PayPal account. Subscriptions automatically renew each month unless cancelled.
Plan access is granted immediately upon successful payment confirmation. If payment fails, access to paid modules will be suspended until payment is resolved.
We offer a 3-day refund window from the date of your first subscription payment. If you are unsatisfied within 3 days of subscribing, contact us at info@ayasystema.com for a full refund.
After 3 days, subscription payments are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time and will retain access through the end of your current billing period.
No refunds are issued for partial months, unused AI credits, or unused module access.

You agree not to use the Platform to:
Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.
All content, design, code, branding, and materials on the Platform — including the AyaSystema and Nexa Workspace names, logos, and tools — are the property of Xervious Networks LLC and protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of content you create using the Platform's tools. By using the Platform, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process and store your content as necessary to provide the service.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from the Platform's code, design, or tools without express written permission.
The Platform uses AI models including but not limited to HuggingFace-hosted models and the Anthropic Claude API to generate content. You acknowledge that:
Do not use AI-generated content from the Platform as a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial, or other licensed professional advice.
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Xervious Networks LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
You may cancel your account at any time by contacting info@ayasystema.com. Upon cancellation, your access to paid modules will continue through the end of the current billing period.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any other reason we deem necessary to protect the Platform or other users. In cases of serious violation, termination may be immediate and without refund.
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
